1. Do you deliver to any countries?

We can ship worldwide. 

 2. how much is the postage?

The shipping cost depends on the weight of the items you order and the shipping destination. If you want to know the exact shipping cost,you can just add all the items you will order to the shopping cart and click the “Proceed to Pay” button, you will enter a new page which allow you to fill in your shipping address, you can choose the destination where the package is supposed to go, then the corresponding shipping fee,total cost as well as discount will be shown to you.

3. How long can I receive the order once paid?

The receiving time = the processing time + the delivery time.The Processing Time: There are different processing times for different items. Average processing time is 3 to 15 working days; however, we will try our best to prepare the item ASAP after you place an order on our website.

The delivery time varies with shipping method. For example: usually, DHL takes 2-4 business days while EMS takes 3-8 business days.

4. Do you accept COD ?

Sorry that we don't accept COD order and you need to place your orders and make the payment online.

5. Can I pay for the order in my own currency?

Yes of course you can.  Payment with nestcomfy is very easy and convenient . You can just transfer your own money and the bank or card company will exchange it for you.

 

 

6. How is the quality of your products?

nestcomfy has a well-established inspection team and all the products must be inspected very strictly before they are shipped out. There is no need at all to worry about the quality and we will always provide you with the best quality items and service.

7. Can I return if I do not like the product received ?

Of course you can return if you don’t like it but the return shipping fee will be at your expense and we will issue you a product fee refund after we receive the returned item.

You need to make sure the items are in good and original condition before you make the return.

Note: some categories such as intimates, wall stickers and towels are not returnable.

8. Do you accept payment on the phone?

Sorry that we don’t accept payment on the phone.  All the payments need to be made online or by bank transfer.

9. Do you have catalogs to send out?

We sell all the items on our website: www.nestcomfy.com and you can find all the details of the products from our website so there is no need to send catalogs.

10. Do you have an agency in my country?

We sell everything through our website so we have no branches or agencies in other countries. 

11. Do you have drop shipping ?

12. Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is available for some items or when we launch some promotions.  But if you place a big order, we will offer a good discount for you.

 13. Is there any duty charge?

Only few cases, there will be customs duties / fees levied by your destination country. These additional charges for taxes or customs clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

14. Do you do whole sales ,and what is the minimum purchase request?

We surely have wholesale business and the more you order, the more discount you can get. Please write us an e-mail to tell us how many pieces you need to order and our customer service representative will contact you at the earliest time.
